第三者にアバターデザインを用いた制作を委託し、用途が個人観賞に留まらない場合は、相手方に制作物の規約や使用許可範囲についてご確認ください。

当アバターデザインを用いた制作を委託された場合、委託者と受託者間での通常の契約・報酬設定に基づいて制作することが可能です。

公序良俗に反する用途、宗教的・政治的な用途で使用しないでください。

著しくアイデンティティやブランドイメージを毀損したり、侮辱的な意図でのデザイン改変はしないでください。

アバターデザインを用いた性的な内容を含むコンテンツの投稿はしないでください。

生成AIでのアバターデザインの出力はしないでください。

本利用規約は事前予告なく改定される場合があります。

本利用規約の改定後も納品物の使用を継続する場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

本利用規約の改定により著しい利害が発生することが予想される場合、改定までに一定の期間を設けた上で、X(旧Twitter)の告知を行います。

本利用規約は日本語により作成されるものとし、他言語への翻訳は利用者の便宜のために提供されます。翻訳された文書と日本語原文に齟齬がある場合には、日本語版を正とします。

ご依頼者様以外の納品物の使用(申告がある場合は除く)

上記項目は、以下の具体的行為を含みます。

基盤モデルに組み込んだり、学習させること

追加学習のためのデータとして学習させること

オプトアウトせず、納品物を投稿すること(例：XのGrokについて、「公開データに加えて、GrokおよびxAIでのやり取り、インプット、結果をトレーニングと調整に利用することを許可します」の項目にチェックを入れたままにすること)

生成AIかを問わず、AIサービスに納品物をアップロードし、読み込ませること(例：ChatGPTやGemini、Grokに納品物をアップロードすること)

納品したイラストデータの、配布・販売を希望する場合(有償無償を問わず)

申告外用途での使用を希望する場合

申告していないグッズ種別での使用を希望する場合(例：依頼時にアクキー用として依頼したが、後日缶バッジ用イラストとしても使用したい  等)

改変、編集、加筆を希望する場合

ご依頼様以外の方が納品物を使用する場合(例：コラボ配信用サムネイル  等)

良識的な範疇での、簡易的な加工(必要に応じたトリミング、カラーフィルター等を用いた全体的な色加工)

他素材と組み合わせること(例：配布されている「おはようVTuber」用の素材に納品物を組み合わせて投稿する  等)

クレジットなしでの使用

These Terms of Use are subject to revision without prior notice.

If you continue to use the Deliverables after these Terms of Use have been revised, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised terms.

If a revision to these Terms of Use is expected to significantly affect your interests, we will provide a certain period of notice prior to the revision and post an announcement on X (formerly Twitter).

These Terms of Use are drafted in Japanese, and translations into other languages are provided for the convenience of users. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated document and the original Japanese text, the Japanese version shall prevail.

Claims of original creation, unauthorized reproduction, or unauthorized use

Use that violates public order and morals

Use for religious or political purposes

Use of the delivered work for purposes other than those declared

Use of the delivered work by anyone other than the client (unless otherwise declared)

Unauthorized modification, editing, or additions

Use as training data or learning data for AI

The items listed above include the following specific actions:

Incorporating them into a foundational model or training a model with them

Using them as data for further training

Submitting deliverables without opting out (e.g., for Grok on X, leaving the checkbox selected next to the statement: “In addition to public data, I authorize the use of interactions, inputs, and results on Grok and xAI for training and fine-tuning”)

Uploading deliverables to AI services—regardless of whether they are generative AI—and allowing them to be processed (e.g., uploading deliverables to ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok)

If you wish to distribute or sell the delivered illustration data (whether for a fee or free of charge)

If you wish to use the illustration for purposes not specified in your request

If you wish to use the illustration for a merchandise type not specified in your request (e.g., you requested it for an acrylic keychain at the time of the order but later wish to use it as an illustration for a pin badge, etc.)

If you wish to modify, edit, or add content to the illustration

If anyone other than the client intends to use the delivered work (e.g., for a thumbnail in a collaboration post, etc.)

Simple editing within reasonable limits (such as trimming as needed or applying overall color adjustments using color filters, etc.)

Combining with other materials (e.g., posting content that combines your deliverables with the “Good Morning VTuber” materials provided)

Use without credit

提供された資料や指定されたキャラクターについてトラブルが生じた際、こちらでは責任を負いかねますので、予めご了承ください。

R18指定の入る性的な表現を含んだご依頼はお受けできません。

版権キャラクターの描写は原則承りません。二次創作に関するご依頼の場合、該当版権ガイドラインにて有償委託が受容されている旨が記載されている必要があります。

キャラクターデザイン等のご依頼を除き、ご依頼の際はデザインの分かる三面図や立ち絵をお持ちください。

AIにより生成された資料は情報の取捨選択にかかる工数が増えてしまうため、資料としてお預かりしておらず、差し替えをお願いしております。

ご依頼いただいた時点で利用規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。ご依頼時は、利用規約にご同意の旨をご記載ください。

お取引中に送付したラフデータ等は納品物ではないため、転載や使用はおやめください。転載や使用を希望される際は、事前にご相談ください。

規定回数を超えた修正は追加料金が発生し、納期の延長対応をお願いする場合がございます。

段階をさかのぼっての修正は原則承れません。(ラフ確定後にポーズの修正を行う、清書完了後にイラストの線画の修正を行う等)

制作物はサンプルとして使用、ポートフォリオへの掲載をする場合がございます。希望されない場合は別途追加料金が必要となりますのでご了承ください。

制作過程を配信で公開する場合がございます。実績公開日が決まっている等の理由から配信を希望されない場合は、制作開始前にその旨をお伝えください。

料金は個人依頼の基本料金です。法人料金のお見積りをご希望の際はお気軽にお問い合わせください。ご案内いたします。

金額のない項目などもお見積り可能です。

クラウドソーシングサイトごとの手数料やご用途、描きこみの量、オプションの有無、為替などに応じ、金額が変動する場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

特筆がない限り、ラフ段階での修正2回、清書完了後段階での軽微なお直し1回が含まれています。
